What products to take
- Cauliflower – 700 g
- Beans – 400 g
- Tomatoes – 2 items
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Curry powder – 1.5 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil
How to prepare this dish
Prepare all vegetables and curry.
How to cook a vegetable curry:
Put a pot of water onto the gas. Wash the cauliflower carefully. After that cauliflower should be divided into parts and put in boiling water. Cool it not more than 5 minutes.
Leave 100 ml of broth to cool.
Clean and wash the onions. Cut it into cubes. Garlic has to be cleaned and chopped finely.
Heat the frying pan, pour the vegetable oil in order to have 0.5 cm of it in a frying pan.Fry the onion with garlic until it becomes transparent and soft.
Add the curry powder to taste and mix everything carefully.
Wash the beans.
Cut off the tails and cut into 2 to 3 parts.
Put the cauliflower, onions and beans into a frying pan and fry a little, then add there the broth and salt to taste.
Stew for 7-10 minutes not more.
Cut the tomatoes into thin semicircles and add them to the vegetables. Stir all the products and leave on fire for a couple of minutes more.
Decorate your vegetable curry with herbs. Serve it hot. Vegetable curry is considered to be an excellent side dish as well as an independent dish during the lent period.
