If you are tired of meat or just want to try the taste of a hospitable and rich Moldovan cuisine, prepare the beans! That is a very pleasant and at the same time simple dish, which is sometimes called Moldavian hummus.
All in all there are no strict proportions of products that are necessary for fasole preparation .E everyone chooses the quantity of garlic, an onions and spices on the taste. That’s why the fasole will not be just a bean paste, but a bright moment of your menu!
The very name itself says that a dish should be prepared of beans. You will feel spicy taste and the spices give the beans some flavor. You can eat Moldivan bean fasole like salad as well as a side dish.
What products to take
- Small onion – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
- Paprika – 1/4 pcs.
- Dry beans – 75 g
- Powdered red pepper
- Powdered black pepper
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Vinegar (preferably apple) – 0.5 teaspoon
How to prepare this dish
Beans are soaked and boiled until cooked condition. Ready beans are passed through a meat grinder or blended.
Onions are chopped finely and salvaged on oil.
Paprika without seeds is cut into thin strips. Mix beans with tossed onion and sweet paprika.
Add salt and black pepper to the salad. Their amount depends on your personal taste. Don’t forget to stir everything carefully again.
Prepare a mixture of chopped garlic, vinegar and some red powdered pepper. Add it to the bean fasole and mix it up. Decorate the salad with beans with parsley and paprika.
Moldovan bean fasole is ready. Enjoy!
