Soup with mushrooms and salmon

At the very beginning we would like to mention that the soup from salmon can not really compete with all other fish soups .Why? – The matter is that as a rule, t hey turn out to be very rich, fragrant and really tasty.

And now we are going to propose you the recipe of the very tasty soup with mushrooms and salmon. In this case tomatoes and mushrooms give originality to the taste.

What products to take

  • Salmon head – 1 piece
  • Champignons fresh (frozen) – 300 g
  • Potatoes – 3-4 pic
  • Rice – 0.3 cups
  • Onion – 1-2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Filtered water – 1,5-2 l
  • Salt – to your own taste
  • Pepper – to taste

How to prepare this dish

Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

Wash the head of the salmon and cut it into pieces.

Step 3

Wash fish, put in a pan, fill with water, cook for one hour, at the end, salt to taste.

Remove the fish with the help of the whisk. After that strain broth it into a clean saucepan.

Peel potatoes and carrots, wash them and cut, put into broth, boil until the cooked condition. It will take you not much than 20-30 minutes.

Wash the rice and put it into the cooking broth.

Peel and wash the onions as well as mushrooms. Cut into cubes. Preheat the frying pan, pour 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Fry the vegetables over medium heat stirring for 5-7 minutes, salt and pepper.

Add mushrooms into the soup and cook for additional 5 minutes.
