What products to take
- Pumpkin – 600 g
- Rice – 7 tbsp.
- Milk – 1 glass
- Butter – 30 g
- Homemade cream – to taste
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Sugar – to taste
How to prepare this dish
Prepare all the necessary products.
Pumpkin has to be peeled, washed and cut into small cubes.
Pour the prepared pumpkin with water. The water should be twice as large as the amount of pumpkin. Cover the pan and put it on the fire.
When the water boils, make a small fire and cook until the pumpkin is ready (usually for about 20 minutes).
Rinse the rice. After that you can pour rice with boiling water for 5 minutes. As a result your rice will be cooked faster.
After that add the washed rice to the pumpkin, make the fire medium and cook until the rice is ready (for about 20 minutes).
