Beef is one of the most dietary meats. In any case the meat of a young animal is much softer and tender than an adult’s one. As this type of meat is well-known no less than beef one, the advantages of this kind is a secret for no one.
It is known that veal has the least, in comparison with other types of meat, the content of cholesterol.
Beef is the least fatty type of meat. In this case, the benefit of veal is that it contains vitamins B, E, A, C and PP. It is considered to be an excellent dietary product and is especially recommended for children.
What products to take
- Beef fillet – 0.5 kg
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for marinade + 2 tablespoons for filling;
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil;
- Onion – 1 item
- 1 large sweet pepper or 4-6 mini peppers;
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms or shiitake);
- Green beans – 1/2 kg;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- ½ teaspoon of grated ginger;
- Green onions.
How to cook the dish
Cut the beef into thin slices. To make meat easier to cut, you may slightly frost it in the freezer. Cut necessarily across the fibers, in such a way the beef will be softer when you are cooking.
Pour beef with soy sauce and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. And now it is a time to deal with other ingredients.
Wash vegetables and mushrooms carefully. Onions and peppers are cut into rings or semi-rings, mushrooms – into plates.
The beef has been already marinated. Fry it in vegetable oil in a frying pan for about 3 minutes, turning the pieces constantly. Fry them in turns so that the pieces do not give juice. Release the frying pan.
In the same pan it is necessary to fry the onion and pepper for 3-5 minutes. Put the vegetables to the meat.
Fry the mushrooms for about 3-5 minutes.
Add the beans to the mushrooms and fry another couple of minutes, stirring carefully.
Garlic and ginger are grated and put onto a frying pan. However, you shouldn’t fry them, we mix with beans and warm up.
Now you can put a meat-vegetable frying onto a frying pan, pour by 50-100 ml of boiling water and stew it under the lid until it is ready, that is, to the softness of the meat and beans that you like. Someone needs for an hour, but others – a couple of minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce and serve with noodles or rice, sprinkled with green onions.
