Warm chicken salad with mushrooms and vegetables

This is very tasty and fairly simple warm salad with chicken. Just try it and you will not regret about it.

What products to take

  • Chicken fillet – 250g;
  • Champignons – 300g;
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc. (big);
  • Beans – 150 g
  • Green salad (lettuce) – 1 bunch;
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp.;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • Salt
  • Hot pepper to taste;
  • Sesame (white) – 1 tbsp.

How to prepare this dish

Step 1

Chicken fillet is washed, drained with napkins, cut into medium-sized pieces, poured with soy sauce and left to marinate for 20 minutes in a cool place.

Step 2

Chicken fillet together with marinade is fried over medium heat until crust appearance. Seasoning with salt is not necessary, as the soy sauce is quite salty.

Step 3

Champignons are wiped with a paper napkin and cut into large slabs.

Step 4

Put the mushrooms on a dry hot frying pan. After all the liquid is evaporated, pour the oil and sprinkle with salt. Fry until it is ready. Fried champignons and chicken fillets are thrown on a plate, presumably covered with several layers of napkins, which should absorb excess oil.

Step 5

Then chop the Bulgarian peppers and cut the bean pods in half. It must be done very quickly, until the chicken fillets and mushrooms have not cooled down.

Step 6

Vegetables are fried in oil for 6 minutes.

Step 7

Lettuce leaves are rinsed under running water, got wet with a napkin, and put in whole pieces on a plate.

Step 8

On the top of the leaves put mushrooms and meat, seasoned well with pepper. Then i will be a perfect idea to lay the browned vegetables, abundantly sprinkled with sesame seeds. Salad is served to the table in hot or warm condition.
