Warm salad with shrimps and seafood

What products to take

  • Shrimps 100 gr
  • Squid 100 gr
  • Butter 30 gr
  • Sour cream 3 tablespoons
  • Tomato paste 0.5 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1pc.
  • Lemons 0.5 pcs.
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Parsley to taste

How to prepare this dish

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.

Take squid and peel it.

Step 3

Peel the shrimp.

Step 4

Put shrimp and squid in a pan.

Step 5

Add the bay leaf and boil separately.

Step 6

Butter should be melted in a frying pan.

Step 7

Add chopped garlic.

Step 8

Add sour cream and tomato paste. Sauce should be boiled and removed from the fire. Then cut the squid into rings and mix with shrimp, adding lemon juice.

Step 9

After that, take the leaves of the salad, lay them on seafood and pour the sauce. Ready salad is put in a salad bowl and decorated with shrimps and greens.
